ClearPix Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Bundle identifier: com.ly.photoEnhancer

ClearPix processes your photos on your device. Photos are not uploaded to our servers or sent to Firebase. The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for limited product analytics, purchase-flow measurement, crash reporting, and technical diagnostics.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how the ClearPix Team ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use ClearPix (the "App"). ClearPix does not require an account and does not operate a backend for storing your photos.

2. Photos and on-device processing

Photos you select or capture are processed locally on your device using on-device image processing and Apple Core ML technology. We do not upload your photos to our servers, send them to Firebase, use them to train models, or sell or share them for advertising. Saved results are written to your photo library only when you choose to export them and grant the required iOS permission.

The App's analytics events do not include photo contents, thumbnails, file names, file paths, image metadata, OCR text, captions, or other user content.

3. Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand whether features work as intended and to improve the App. The App may record limited product-interaction events such as:

Firebase may also process an app-instance or device-scoped identifier together with general App, device, operating-system, language, and interaction information. We do not set a Firebase user ID based on a name, email address, Apple account, or other personal account information.

4. Firebase Crashlytics and diagnostics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes and improve reliability. Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, process state, timestamps, App version, device model, operating-system information, device or installation identifiers, and other technical diagnostic data associated with a crash or reliability issue.

We do not intentionally add photos, file names, file paths, personal contact information, payment details, or raw user-entered content to Crashlytics reports or custom diagnostic fields.

5. App Store privacy disclosures

To reflect the App's Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and StoreKit funnel measurement, the App Store privacy label may identify the following categories as collected:

These data are used for analytics and App functionality. We do not use them for third-party advertising, data-broker sharing, or tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies. The App does not request access to the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking.

6. In-app purchases

ClearPix offers a one-time Pro purchase. Apple processes payments through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive your payment card number or billing address. The App receives product and transaction status information needed to start a purchase, verify or finish it, restore prior purchases, and unlock Pro features. Limited purchase-flow status and the App Store product identifier may be sent to Firebase as described above.

7. Service providers

Google provides Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics and processes analytics and diagnostic data on our behalf. Apple provides App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, photo-library access, camera access, and related iOS services. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. For more information, see Firebase Privacy and Security, Google's Privacy Policy, and Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Photos and generated results remain on your device or in your photo library under your control. You may delete them using the App or Photos app, and you may remove local App data by deleting the App, subject to normal iOS behavior.

Firebase retains analytics, crash, and diagnostic information according to the Firebase project settings and Google's applicable retention practices. Removing the App stops future collection from that installation but may not immediately delete information already retained by Firebase. Because ClearPix has no account system that identifies you to us, we may be unable to locate a particular anonymous app-instance record without additional information.

You can manage camera and photo-library permissions in iOS Settings. You may also stop future analytics and diagnostic collection by uninstalling the App.

9. Data security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited information described in this policy. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Google and Apple may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and legal obligations.

10. Children's privacy

ClearPix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review the request.

11. Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal data. You may contact us to make a request. Because the App does not require an account and analytics data are not linked by us to a named identity, we may need information sufficient to verify and locate the relevant record, and in some cases may be unable to associate an anonymous record with you.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its SDKs, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.

13. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to the ClearPix Team at luoyi9932@gmail.com. You may also use the App Store support link.
