Privacy Policy

Effective: September 10, 2026
App: Quick Content Keyboard
Bundle ID: com.appfounder.quickcontentkeyboard

This policy explains how Quick Content Keyboard Team (“we”) handles information in the Quick Content Keyboard iOS app and its custom keyboard extension.

1. Privacy summary

The App is designed to work locally. We do not operate an account system or backend for storing your snippets. The App contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or cloud AI SDK.

2. Content you create

You may save snippet titles and bodies, categories, pin and ordering choices, template values, and recent-use timestamps. The main app stores this content on your device and shares the required snapshot with its keyboard extension through the Apple App Group container configured for the App. The keyboard reads that local snapshot and inserts text only when you select a snippet.

3. Keyboard access

The keyboard does not request Full Access and is not designed to record text you type with other keyboards. iOS may prevent third-party keyboards in secure password fields or in apps that disallow them. Text you choose to insert is delivered to the active text field through Apple’s keyboard APIs.

4. Import and export

Backup export creates a JSON file containing your saved content. Import reads a JSON file you select. Files you export or place in another app, cloud drive, message, or sharing destination are then handled under that destination’s terms and privacy practices.

5. Purchases and Apple services

The App may offer a non-consumable lifetime unlock through Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes purchase, account, payment, and restoration information under Apple’s policies. We receive only entitlement information needed to unlock features. Apple may separately provide aggregated App Store analytics or diagnostics according to your Apple settings.

6. Retention and deletion

Content remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App, subject to iOS backup and retention behavior. “Delete All Local Data” removes the App’s current local content snapshot. We cannot delete copies you previously exported or backed up through Apple or third-party services.

7. Security and sensitive content

We rely on Apple platform protections for local storage. No storage method is completely secure. Do not use the App as a password manager and avoid saving passwords, payment-card details, recovery keys, authentication seeds, or other secrets.

8. Children and regional rights

The App is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age in the applicable jurisdiction. Depending on where you live, privacy rights may apply. Because content is stored locally, access and deletion can generally be handled directly on your device.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to luoyi9932@gmail.com.
