Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of AI Photo Enhancer ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application on your mobile devices, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all right, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all software, graphics, and models, are owned by us. "AI Photo Enhancer" and its logos are our trademarks.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to any photo or data you process through the Application. We do not claim ownership over your photos. Responsibility for anything you process remains solely with you.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:

• Modifying, copying, or reverse-engineering the Application.
• Using the Application for deceptive or fraudulent image enhancement.
• Violating any local or international laws.

5. In-App Purchases (Lifetime Purchase)

The Application offers a one-time "Lifetime PRO" purchase:

• Lifetime Access: Once purchased, you receive permanent access to PRO features currently available in the Application.
• Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We do not process refunds directly.
• Transfers: This purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices using the "Restore Purchases" feature.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPLICATION WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
