Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rune Spire (the "App") provided by Rune Spire Team ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Apple as distributor
The App is made available through Apple's App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support, except as required by Apple policy or applicable law. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple Media Services terms and App Store Usage Rules.
3. Gameplay and local progress
Rune Spire is a strategy dungeon puzzle RPG with keys, doors, monsters, shops, route choices, and local settings. We may update gameplay balance, maps, art, text, and available features over time. Local progress and settings may be affected by updates, device storage conditions, iOS behavior, or uninstalling the App.
4. Purchases
The current App implementation includes purchase-related interface text and a visual-only purchase preview. It does not complete real payment transactions in the current code reviewed for these Terms. If a future version offers real paid features, purchases will be billed by Apple through the App Store, and applicable Apple purchase, refund, and cancellation rules will apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it despite this restriction;
- interfere with the App, Apple services, or any security or entitlement mechanism;
- use the App or its assets for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its gameplay systems, visual assets, text, audio, interface, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any App materials to you.
7. Third-party materials
The App may include or reference licensed or public-domain-compatible game assets, sound effects, music, Apple platform components, and open-source or third-party materials. Those materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and notices.
8. No guarantee of availability
We may update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features where permitted by law. The App may not be available on all devices, iOS versions, regions, or App Store storefronts.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device use, arising out of or related to the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
13. Privacy and content rules
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Our Content Policy explains content and conduct rules that apply to use of the App.
