These Terms of Use govern your use of StayCount: Schengen & Tax. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
Apple distribution and purchases
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple acts as distributor of the app through the App Store. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where relevant: Apple Standard EULA.
StayCount Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed through StoreKit. Purchase availability, billing, transaction history, refunds, and restoration are handled through Apple and your Apple Account. The app's restore control asks StoreKit to refresh eligible purchase entitlements.
Acceptable use
You may use the app only for lawful personal planning. Do not interfere with the app or StoreKit, attempt to bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, or store content that you do not have the right to store.
Planning-tool boundary
The app is a planning tool, not immigration, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for checking the dates, country entries, rule facts, and results you use, and for obtaining advice from a qualified professional when appropriate.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that calculations, records, backups, or app availability will meet every need or be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, travel disruption, or financial loss arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the place where the developer is established, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. This clause does not limit consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
