Terms of Use

Effective date: · App: App Store Screenshot Studio

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application App Store Screenshot Studio (the “App”) provided by AppScreenShot team (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Apple as distributor

The App is made available through Apple’s App Store. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support, except as required by Apple’s policies. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

2. Licensed Application End User License Agreement

Your license to use the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), unless we provide a custom EULA in App Store Connect. If the Standard EULA applies, in the event of conflict between the Standard EULA and these Terms regarding use of the App, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

3. License grant

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the App in violation of law or third-party rights; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law prohibits this restriction; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or servers; (d) use the App to distribute malware or harmful content; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data. You are responsible for content you import into the App (for example screenshots and images) and for ensuring you have rights to use that content.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its templates, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Output images you create may be used in accordance with your own rights in the underlying assets and applicable platform rules (for example App Store marketing asset rules).

6. In-app purchases and subscriptions

If the App offers paid features, purchases are billed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies. To manage or cancel subscriptions, use your Apple ID account settings. We may change offerings or prices where permitted by Apple and applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free or that outputs will meet any particular regulatory, marketing, or store-approval outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we (and our affiliates, licensors, and suppliers) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the App, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses to the extent of surviving obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL and updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. If required by law or Apple policy, we will provide additional notice.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise. Courts located in your jurisdiction may have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Contact

For questions about these Terms, see Contact.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the App.
