Content Policy
This policy describes your responsibilities for media processed with LivePhoto Safe.
Your media stays under your control
The app does not provide a public feed, social network, developer-operated upload service, or cloud account. You select media from your device and decide whether to save or share a protected copy. You retain your rights in your media.
Authorized content
Only process, save, or share media that you own or have permission and a lawful basis to use. Respect the privacy and rights of people visible or audible in photos and Live Photos, including children and bystanders.
Prohibited use
Do not use the app to facilitate exploitation or abuse of children; stalking, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, or doxxing; non-consensual intimate imagery; unlawful discrimination; infringement of intellectual-property or privacy rights; evasion of lawful evidence-preservation duties; or any other illegal or harmful activity.
Redaction is not permission
Masking a face, text region, or barcode does not by itself give you permission to publish the underlying media. Consider context, backgrounds, reflections, voices, clothing, landmarks, filenames, and information already known to the recipient.
Review before sharing
Automatic detection can miss sensitive material or produce false positives. Scrub through the motion, review the still image, confirm the audio choice, and inspect the verified output before sharing. If the risk is high or the result is uncertain, do not share the media.
Third-party destinations
When you share a protected copy, the recipient or destination service may retain, modify, analyze, redistribute, or combine it with other information. Their rules and privacy practices apply after you choose that destination.
