Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of LivePhoto Safe. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
License and Apple terms
The LivePhoto Safe Team grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to App Store rules. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is the distributor of the app, not the provider of its privacy-processing service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting media, reviewing detected and manually selected regions, choosing whether to mute audio, checking the protected result, and deciding where to save or share it. Automated detection can miss content or identify the wrong region. Do not rely on the app as the sole safeguard where disclosure could cause serious harm.
Permission and lawful use
Use the app only with media you own or are authorized to process. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and other rights and comply with applicable law and the Content Policy.
Protected copies
The app is designed to rebuild selected media, remove source metadata, apply selected masks, optionally omit audio, and verify output structure. We do not guarantee that output is anonymous, that every sensitive detail will be detected, or that recipients and third-party platforms will handle a copy securely.
Lifetime Access purchase
Lifetime Access is a non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited protected exports for the Apple ID and platform conditions supported by Apple. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. Price and availability are shown by the App Store before purchase. Billing, refunds, Family Sharing eligibility, and restoration are governed by Apple. Use Restore Purchase in the app where available or contact Apple for App Store billing support.
Availability and changes
The app may change, be interrupted, or stop supporting certain devices, system versions, media formats, or features. We may release updates needed for compatibility, security, or product changes.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or complete detection and removal of privacy risks. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the LivePhoto Safe Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, unauthorized disclosure, or decisions based on app output. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate the license if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing terms and contact
