This Content Policy explains your responsibilities for videos and other media you import, process, export, save, or share with Remove Silence Video.
1. Your Videos Remain Your Responsibility
The App is a local video editing tool. It does not provide a public feed, hosting service, messaging service, or developer-operated sharing platform. You are responsible for the videos you choose and for any output you save, publish, send, or share outside the App.
2. Rights and Permissions
Only import and process videos that you own, created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to edit. This includes any audio, music, voices, faces, brands, artwork, copyrighted material, confidential information, or personal information appearing in the video.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Do not use the App to create, edit, export, or distribute unlawful content.
- Do not use the App to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
- Do not use the App to create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or content that endangers others.
- Do not use the App to conceal misleading edits in a way that deceives viewers about important facts, consent, authorship, or context.
- Do not attempt to bypass App Store, iOS, or StoreKit rules, feature limits, or security protections.
4. Review Before Sharing
Silence removal can change timing, pacing, and context. Always review exported videos before publishing or sharing them, especially when a video includes other people, professional content, legal evidence, educational material, interviews, or sensitive information.
5. No Monitoring by Us
Because the current App processes videos locally and does not upload videos to our servers, we do not monitor your imported videos or exported results. If you share output through another app or platform, that platform's rules and reporting systems may apply.
