VehicleLog lets you enter vehicle names, service notes, vendor names, mileage, costs, reminders, and optional receipt photos. This policy explains your responsibilities for that content.

Your Content

You are responsible for the content you add to VehicleLog. Only add information, notes, and receipt images that you have the right to store and use.

Local and Private by Design

VehicleLog does not provide a public feed, messaging system, social profile, or backend account. Content you add is intended for your own local maintenance tracking.

Prohibited Content

Do not use VehicleLog to store unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, malicious material, or content intended to harass, exploit, or harm another person.

Receipts and Sensitive Information

Receipt photos may contain personal or financial details. Review what you attach and avoid storing information you do not need. VehicleLog does not verify or redact receipt content for you.

Notifications and Exports

Reminder notifications may display vehicle names and service types. CSV exports may include the maintenance details you entered. Be careful when sharing exported files or showing notifications on a shared device.
