These Terms of Use govern your use of VehicleLog. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
VehicleLog Team grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use VehicleLog on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store rules.
Vehicle Records Are Your Responsibility
VehicleLog is an organizational tool. It does not replace professional vehicle inspection, mechanic advice, legal compliance checks, insurance requirements, or manufacturer maintenance guidance. You are responsible for verifying reminders, mileage, dates, costs, and service decisions.
VehicleLog Pro
VehicleLog may offer a lifetime Pro in-app purchase that unlocks additional local features such as unlimited vehicles, unlimited service records, receipt attachments, and CSV export. Prices are displayed in the app from the App Store and may vary by country or region.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Restore Purchases uses Apple's App Store systems. Refunds, billing issues, and purchase management are handled by Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where relevant: Apple Standard EULA.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse VehicleLog, attempt to interfere with StoreKit, reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use the app to store content you do not have the right to store.
No Warranty
VehicleLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always fire, that exported files will meet every recordkeeping requirement, or that the app will prevent missed maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VehicleLog Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for vehicle damage, missed maintenance, data loss, or financial loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
