Content Policy

Effective date: · App: Progress Camera · Bundle ID: com.ly.PrivateProgressCamera

This Content Policy explains expectations for progress photos, project names, body measurements, comparison exports, and other material you create, save, or share with Progress Camera.

No public feed. Progress Camera is a private utility. The App does not provide a public social feed or developer-operated publishing platform. If you export or share a comparison image, you are responsible for that sharing.

1. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the photos, measurements, labels, and other content you capture, enter, save, organize, export, or share. You should only record content when you have the rights, consent, and permissions needed to do so.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

3. Sensitive Photos and Measurements

Progress photos and measurements can include sensitive personal information such as body shape, weight, body-fat estimates, circumferences, skin condition, hair changes, medical appearance, fitness progress, private spaces, or identifying details. Avoid capturing, entering, or sharing sensitive information unless you have a lawful reason and all required consent.

4. Comparisons and Reports

Consistency reports, charts, measurement changes, and before-and-after comparisons are convenience features based on photos or values you provide. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical, health, fitness, dermatology, diagnostic, or professional advice. Review important changes manually and consult qualified professionals when needed.

5. Sharing and Exports

When you save an export to Photos or share through the iOS share sheet, the export may include dates and measurement changes if you enable those options. The destination app, service, or recipient may process that content under its own policies. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and reviewing exported content before sending it.

6. Enforcement

Because the App is local-first and does not host a public feed, we generally do not review your private on-device content. We may update the App, policies, or App Store listing if we become aware of misuse, legal requirements, or safety risks.

7. Related Policies

This Content Policy is part of the App's legal terms. Please also review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
