Content Policy

Effective date: · App: Screenshot Stitcher ScrollShot · Bundle ID: com.ly.scrolllongshot

This Content Policy explains your responsibilities for media and output handled in Screenshot Stitcher ScrollShot (the "App") by Screenshot Stitcher ScrollShot Team. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Your Content

Your content includes screenshots, screen recordings, images, video frames, watermarks, brush marks, mosaic edits, exported long screenshots, PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and any file or media you import, create, save, or share using the App.

2. Local Processing and Visibility

The App is designed for local processing. Imported and generated media is not published to a public feed and is not uploaded to developer-operated servers for core functionality. Your content may remain visible on your device, in the App's local history, in the App Group recording folder, in exported files, in Photos if you save it there, or in any destination app or service you choose through sharing.

3. Sensitive Information

The App includes editing tools such as brush and mosaic features that can help obscure private details. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before saving, sharing, or publishing them. Be careful with personal data, messages, account names, financial information, health information, location information, minors' information, confidential work materials, and third-party content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to create, edit, store, export, or share content that:

5. Third-Party Rights and Platform Rules

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use content from apps, websites, messages, games, documents, or other sources captured in screenshots or recordings. If you use exported images for App Store listings, marketing, documentation, support, or public posts, you are responsible for complying with Apple rules, third-party platform rules, and applicable advertising or consumer protection laws.

6. Source Deletion Setting

If you enable the setting to remove source media after a successful export, review your choice carefully. The App may delete the original Photos asset or in-app recording after export succeeds. Recovery depends on Apple's Photos Recently Deleted feature, backups, or whether the file was stored only inside the App.

7. No Monitoring of Local Content

Because core processing happens locally and the App does not provide a public hosting service, we do not routinely review your local content. We may still enforce these rules if we become aware of misuse through support requests, legal notices, App Store reports, or other lawful channels.
