Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Beauty Expiry Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store terms that apply to your use of the app.
App Functionality
Beauty Expiry Tracker helps you record beauty and skincare product details, including names, brands, categories, purchase dates, opened dates, expiry dates, period-after-opening months, notes, photos, and status. The app may calculate expiry-related summaries from the information you enter and may provide CSV or JSON export tools.
No Medical or Product Safety Advice
The app is a personal organization tool only. It does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic safety, chemical, regulatory, or product quality advice. Expiry status, period-after-opening calculations, and related labels are based on your inputs and general date calculations. You are responsible for checking product labels, storage conditions, texture, scent, color, contamination risk, manufacturer guidance, and professional advice before using or discarding any product.
Your Data and Backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining any backups you need. Import, export, copy, and restore features are provided for personal data management and do not guarantee that data will be preserved, compatible, or error-free in every circumstance.
Premium Purchase
Beauty Expiry Tracker may offer a one-time Premium unlock through Apple In-App Purchase using Apple StoreKit. Premium may unlock features such as unlimited product slots, CSV export, and future advanced expiry tools as they become available.
- Payments are charged to your Apple account and processed by Apple.
- We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Purchases, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and other App Store billing matters are handled under Apple's rules and your Apple account settings.
- You can restore eligible purchases using the restore option in the app where available.
- Unless a future App Store product is clearly presented as a subscription, the current Premium product is intended as a one-time lifetime unlock for supported paid features in this app.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, store, export, copy, or share using the app. You agree not to use the app for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe purposes.
Privacy and Content
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Content Policy.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculated dates or exports will meet every personal, professional, medical, or compliance need.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Expiry Team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, products, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the app.
Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may terminate them by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or restrict access if required by law, platform policy, or serious violations of these Terms.
