This Content Policy explains acceptable and prohibited uses for photos, videos, and other content edited in Watermark Eraser AI.

1. Your content responsibility

You are responsible for all photos, videos, and other media you import, edit, export, or share through the App, including edits produced with watermark cleanup, text or logo cleanup, smart date recognition, background removal, and batch tools.

2. Authorized use only

• Edit only media you own or have legal authorization to modify.
• Do not remove watermarks or ownership marks from third-party content without permission.
• Do not use the App to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or platform rules.

3. Prohibited uses

• Fraud, impersonation, misinformation, or deceptive commercial use.
• Illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content.
• Any use that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. No public feed

The App does not provide a public social feed for user-generated content as a core feature. Your edited files remain under your control on your device unless you choose to share them externally.

5. Enforcement

We may limit or terminate app access when required by law, Apple policy, or serious violation of these rules.
