These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Watermark Eraser AI (the "App"), provided by Watermark Eraser AI Team ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple distribution

The App is distributed via Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for app maintenance or support except as required by Apple policies.

2. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

4. User obligations

• Use the App only for content you own or are authorized to edit.
• Do not use the App to infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights.
• Do not reverse engineer or abuse the App beyond rights permitted by applicable law.

5. Editing features and user content

The App provides tools that may include photo and video watermark cleanup, text or logo cleanup, smart date-text recognition, background removal, batch processing, and standard or HD export. Results depend on the source media, device capabilities, model behavior, and user selections; we do not guarantee that every edit will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You retain responsibility for media you import, edit, export, or share. You must have all rights and permissions needed to modify the content, including permission to remove any watermark, logo, date stamp, or ownership notice. The Content Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Pro features, purchases, and subscription terms (iOS)

The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and may offer a one-time lifetime purchase. Pro features may include HD original export, batch photo processing, smart date removal, video cleanup, and other features identified in the purchase interface. Available products, prices, currencies, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App using information supplied by Apple before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown by Apple, subject to Apple's applicable terms.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Free trial terms (if offered) follow Apple's rules; unused trial portions may be forfeited upon purchase where permitted.
• A lifetime purchase, when offered, is a non-consumable purchase for the current App and Apple ID; it is not an auto-renewable subscription.
• Purchase restoration requires Apple to confirm a current valid entitlement. Pending purchases, including Ask to Buy or payment authentication, do not unlock Pro until Apple verifies the transaction.

Billing, refund handling, and subscription infrastructure are provided by Apple under Apple policies and applicable law.

7. Privacy and analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for product analytics, purchase-flow measurement, reliability, crash reporting, and diagnostics as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to that policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, maintenance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of App Store services, StoreKit products, Firebase services, on-device models, or third-party platform features.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this page and updating the effective date.
