This Privacy Policy explains how Watermark Eraser AI Team ("we", "us") handles information when you use Watermark Eraser AI (the "App").
The App is designed for on-device image editing. Watermark removal processing is performed locally on your device using local image processing and on-device ML models when available.
For core editing functionality, we do not require account registration and we do not operate a backend upload flow for your selected photos.
If paid plans or auto-renewable subscriptions are offered, billing and payment are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive limited entitlement status data from Apple to confirm whether premium features are active.
As of the effective date above, the app does not include third-party advertising SDKs for personalized advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and App Store privacy details.
Most image data remains on your device under your control. You can delete exported images from Photos and remove the app to clear app-local data, subject to iOS behavior.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. Contact us to submit requests.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
