Local-first does not mean zero diagnostics
WorkProofCam uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to measure basic app usage, understand purchase-flow issues, diagnose crashes, and improve stability. These services may process device-level identifiers, product interaction events, purchase-status events, crash reports, stack traces, operating-system information, and app-version information.
Firebase is not used to upload job records, client or site names, proof photos, PDF reports, photo notes, precise job GPS coordinates, addresses, or other report content. WorkProofCam does not set a Firebase user ID from a name, email address, or app account.

Camera permission is required to take new proof photos inside the app.
Deny or revoke location access and continue capturing photos without GPS metadata.
Once shared, the receiving app or service applies its own storage, retention, and privacy practices.
