AUDIENCE WORKFLOW · EDITABLE EXAMPLES
Customer support saved replies for iPhone
Prepare clear answers to repeat customer questions, then insert and review them from a local iPhone keyboard.
Availability, order details and next steps often need the same careful wording. Save your own approved text, tap it when needed, then adapt it to the customer in front of you.
Start with these editable templates
These are fictional examples, not testimonials or promises about price, timing or policy. Edit every bracket, date, scope and link to match your work.
“Thanks for contacting us. Please send your order number and the email used at checkout, and I’ll look into this.”
“I’ve received your message. I’ll check the details and reply with the next step by [time].”
“To help narrow this down, could you tell me which device and app version you’re using?”
“Just checking whether the steps above solved the issue. If not, reply here and I’ll keep helping.”
Save, enable, tap, review, send
- Save your own wording in the main app with a clear title; use main-app search, pins or recents to keep it organized.
- Add the Quick Content keyboard in iOS Settings. Full Access is not required.
- Switch keyboards in a text field that supports custom keyboards, then tap the saved entry.
- Check the name, scope, date, price and link; personalize anything that changed.
- You decide when to send it.
Know the limits of this workflow
Quick Content does not auto-reply, track customer conversations, send attachments or sync automatically. Password fields and some apps block custom keyboards. Pro templates select details configured in the main app; new free text still needs manual editing.
